Rude staff if you are not a people person then customer service is not for you! Not to mention I ask for a chocolate frosted donut and you give me jelly munchkins. Not to mention you never put my sugar in my coffee and I hear the girl in the window say oh I never put that sugar in i guess they will be back! Guess what not everyone has time to come back do your job correctly or don't work there. I will not be back to your establishment!

I go there often, it’s the closest coffee place and the most convenient. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes they will mess up your order badly, sometimes the coffee will taste like water, sometimes it tastes like battery acid. The staff are also hit or miss, there are a few really lovely people, but there are some that don’t care about their job and will easily mess up. If you like Russian roulette, this is your place.

Some of the workers should learn the stay off there phone and not be so rude to customers when they ask them if they can order. Worse coffee I’ve ever had.

I stopped in to get an ice coffee and I was served by Crystal, who was extremely nice and did a get job selling me some donuts that I didn't even want, so I want the head corporate people to know that your employee Crystal is working real hard to make your richer! She should be commended for it, thanks Crystal you made my day a little better!

I wish I had looked at the name tag of the nice lady who served me. Hands down the best drink I've had at a Dunkin! Perfect amount of sweetness with my coffee. It was so good I had to write a review!
