Taco Bell

I am a supporter of African culture, I can appreciate the yelling and screaming behind the scenes while getting the job done. But the job isnt getting done well at all! Also as an Afro American Native person who knows Mexican Cuisine(yes I know..its Taco Bell 🙄) I can say that a black Woman should know how to put together a darn Taco. Taco Bells Version of the Chalupa should not look like this... this looks like a weird messy Gyro thats been sitting up.

Absolutely the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Food was stone cold and the employee threw my husbands food at him because he didn’t pull around to the front not a sole was in line other than us. The only reason they have you pull around is to save drive thru time and they need to be held accountable for the SLOW service they provide. You will get your food much faster if you stay at the window… beware though… they throw food. We will never be back.

Waited 45 minutes. Still did not place an order. I frequent taco bell enough to know by who comes over the intercom if I should pull off or wait. It's always the same person running the window when i get extremely poor service. This has been going on for a while. I'm disappointed nothing has been done to rectify this situation.

Always a disappointment going there.. drive thru wait takes forever… asked for a cheesy gordita combo then ordered 2 burritos, right after ordering burritos I asked if I could make the gordita combo with Doritos shell and was asked “are you sure? Because I already made them, they’re already in the bag?” But I haven’t even paid for the food? So I decided to order just two more Doritos taco.. got home I live 3 minutes away from Taco Bell realized I didn’t get the Doritos tacos I ordered and the regular tacos I got with the gordita combo were soggy as soon as I unwrapped it, the shell just fell apart and was so soggy..

When it was figured out that they gave my order to the wrong person, there was no apology. The shift manager was yelling at another employee for some random reason. The card reader doesnt work at the counter so you have to use the kiosk. As I was getting ready to leave I overheard an older gentleman telling them they messed up his order as well. I thought it may have just been a bad day. I don't think that anymore. I went back yesterday and they messed up my friends order. And once again, they did not apologize. Corporate may need to look into the Management of this Taco Bell.
