Ordered the 2 pc catfish plate, I have never seen such small pieces and the fries were cold. My husband ordered the grilled fish, it was burnt, looked liked blacken fish. Even his bread stick was bad. Wait time is ridiculously slow.

Fresh and hot, I went about 30mins are they opened and my food was so good. Captain D's in Thomasville can learn a lesson or two from Bainbridge. Customer service was Great and I received my food in timely and orderly fashion.

I purchased 2 catfish feast for my husband and I. The 3 pieces of fish in each dinner was barely big enough to make one piece. Rice was way hard. We could not eat. Fish was barely warm. I live like 4 min away. I called to the store and all the guy could say was sorry and he didn’t know a number for me to call and complain. Poor customer service. Food was not satisfying at all.

They didn't have a lot. Out of just about everything. Also heard the cook say that she was not going to cook the whitening. Told him to tell customer that they were out. If I go back it will be a long time .

We got two Senior Meals today. The fish was so greasy we couldn't eat it. We checked on the updated menu (February 2022) on line and the meals was supposed to be $4.99 but was charged $5.99. This was a takeout so we didn't realize it until he got back home with it. This was money wasted and we are very disappointed. Forget getting anybody to answer the phone we tried
