Hardee's

Pre-ordered and prepaid online for a drive through pickup. Used a "I'm 5 minutes out" button so that they would start my order prior to my arrival so that it would be ready when we got there. It took 15 minutes after arrival to receive my food. Got there, went through the drive through, and they refused to serve us in the drive through. They told us we would have to come inside to pick up our food. If there had been a way to cancel the order at this point, I would have, as it was me and two children. Since I had already prepaid, this was not an option. So I sucked it up and went inside for the food. The team was loudly talking smack about the "door dash order" (me... but it wasn't a Doordash order... just an online order..) It took nearly 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged while I was standing at the desk. Every employee was wearing a mask... incorrectly. Every single employee was wearing their mask below their nose. Not a single employee had their mask on correctly. The drink machine in the lobby was out of dr. Pepper so I asked the cashier if she would fill it up behind the counter. Please note I was the only one inside, so I was not interrupting anything. I was told no. So whatever, got a different drink and left. Every order was wrong. Not a single order was correct. As we had ordered online, it should have been easier to ensure that the order was correct because there was no "lost in translation" over the speaker. We will not be back. Not a good experience. Apparently I was a giant inconvenience.

My stepson ordered breakfast through the drive through food was freshly cooked to order in a timely manner by a very courteous staff. The line of cars never seemed to stop. They moved us and the other vehicles expeditiously, but in a safe and efficient manor. And there at the end the young lady tending the collection and/or distribution window was bright, bubbly, energetic, attentive, and a pleasure. She was the perfect example of the perfect person with the perfect attitude with the perfect skillset and the perfect disposition. A+ top to bottom

We went thru the drive thru and 1 of our orders was wrong & fries were cold, so we had to go back and go inside. Mgr on duty was very sorry and remade the entire order without me asking. What started off as a 1 star changed to a 5 star because of the level of customer service they ended up providing.
