Kotobuki is by far the best sushi in the area! Their sushi and sashimi are top quality, The staff is friendly and polite. I have dined in, taken out and had it delivered and it is excellent every time. D

High quality sushi with a large selection of rolls. Greet you with a warm towel and spicy noodle appetizer. Delicious entrees and generous portions, had the Pork Katsu which was crispy and delicious. Great experience.

Go here often and it’s great ! Everything is so good and so fresh. My only complaint is that when you are ordering take out, soup and salad don’t come with an entree, only when dining in. The prices do not reflect getting less food which is annoying

This is my favorite sushi place on Long Island. The food is always fantastic and the staff are great. I love the fried oysters in garlic sauce. The special rolls are delicious works of art.

Our favorite sushi restaurant. It's our neighborhood go to even though we drive 20 mins and there are lots of local sushi restaurants nearer to us. We come for the fried oysters as a starter. Always the fried oysters! We love them so much that we each get our own order. Crispy rice with tuna is excellent! All their apps are very good and their sushi and sashimi is delicious. Never had anything that we didn't like. Will be back very soon!

You need to try the fried oysters period. I know this restaurant is known for its rolls and sashimi...however their fried oysters are delectable. I am not a fan of oysters...I can take them or leave them in general. Ever since trying the oysters here...I have literal dreams about them. Make sure you ask for bread so you can sop up the "juice" I promise you will thank me for the recommendation!
