Pizza Loca

I tried to call ahead of time to pull up and grab a pizza and run but the line was busy. Cool they might be busy. When I pulled up, the dude that took my order was sitting in his car on the phone and walks in after me to take my order. I look at the phone and its off the hook with no one waiting on the other end. Now I had to wait 15 minutes when I could of been on my way 30 minutes ago.!

Someone brought a pizza to work and I thought I'd give it a try at home. I ordered online, paid for it plus delivery charge immediately. It was 4:30 pm. An hour later it wasn't delivered so I called. Vanessa was all talk. How sorry she was. All the time my pizza order was forgotten. Luisbthebmanager put his two cent in too. I got the pizza at 6:50 pm!! I ordered a full dinner pizza hot wings 2litre drink and brownies. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. And I will tell at least 10 people about my experience at the Azusa location. I will stick with the pizza pasta and whatever else you want for 5.99 each and they deliver IN 45 MINUTES THANK YOU!!

Waited 2 hours for delivery the first time I ordered from them. Second time took them 1 hour and 25 min third time i ordered from them 1/30 but that wasnt the worst thing I learned my lesson after the 3rd time and went in to pick it up and no one was in the front. So I said excuse me and a found girl and young guy come out the back with him hooking up his belt and her with smelling her breath which i shouldnt have to tell you what they where doing and then went right back to making the pizza WITH OUT WASHING THERE HANDS so I left and im sure someone got that cum pie pizza well enjoy

So I went into the pizza place yesterday... I had no words to what I seen. I walked in and the girl had a big napkin in her nostrils because I’m assuming she was sick. Because the tone of her voice. She told me to please wait she needed to show this guy how to make a pizza? Then she came back and said we have no one else working so there was this old man outside and I asked him if he wanted to work. And she was serious, this was no joke. I didn’t know if I say I don’t want my gigantic pizza because you have a napkin in your nose or because you got a random guy making pizza with no gloves. I tried looking for the corporate number but I couldn’t find it. I felt bad cause at least she’s trying but either way those working conditions where sickening and as I left I noticed they now have a B rating.

I called and was asked to wait which is fine but I put on wait for 9mins so i hanged up and called back and the same guy Jesus answered immediately and took my order so did he choose to leave me on hold??? And then when he did took my order he was being a completely douche giving me attitude like its my fault he doesnt enjoy his job no reason to take it out on me I didnt even give him attitutde or complained about being put on hold and being forgotten about for almost 10 mins so why does he choose to continue being the worst example of employee?
