The last 2 times being here my order was brought to me incorrect. I'm not sure if the employees were having an off day or just wasn't listening...I don't know...but 1 time I gave my order face to face with an employee & the order was still wrong. Past this, the experience was good, as well as the food (once correct of course).

Food was good, my drink was a limeade, it was a cup full of crushed ice hardly any liquid so dissatisfied

Some of the workers need to have a little bit more customers care. But other then that it's good

Sugar free drinks available now. Mango is the bomb. The strawberry 🍓 shake was also very good 👍.

I wish they were still rolling around on skates with trays of food...
But, I'm happy enough just to get the correct change back these days.
Their customer service has greatly improved...once upon a time they were horrible with order accuracy and the speed of service, but they have become SO MUCH BETTER.

This is not the Sonic I tend to frequent but I came across it and thought I'd order my usual. I will preface with the place being nearly packed full. Even so, carhop (1 of only 2) was friendly and polite. I did have to wait around 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 small popcorn chicken. However, I know the girls were working fast. It was more a matter of needing more staff (they are hiring!) and not due to slow or uncaring service.

My girl friend and I ordered at around 10:30 at night. Despite the time of day, the staff were very nice and helpful. The lady that brought our food out was especially helpful. She waited for us to double check for our straws and condiments before she left. It was just a small thing, but the fact that she actually cared enough to be double sure that even the little details were covered was very nice (especially late at night when most people couldnt care less and just want to go home). Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but her hair was blue.

Busy day big order only a couple of worker inside from what I saw but the parking was full the whole 20 minutes I was there late at night. Order came late but understanding as it was a big order. Drinks were okay but the carhop was very nice and apologized for the wait l, which is understandable.
