Burger King

If there was no stars I would of selected that. Around 11:20 am I went to the drive through to buy a Whopper and sprite for my mom who was admitted to the Clinic. She was looking forward to it. On her first bite , there was an 8th inches hair in the middle of it. It caused my mother to throw up. When I went back to Burger King and talked to a lead there (Janelle) instead apologizing she said,”it happens .” I was furious . The first thing I expected was an apology. When I was there I noticed that all the workers did not have gloves and their hair was not tied up or not in an net. I was disgusted as well as never go back again

This place is a waste of time. There is always something wrong with this store. They tell you every single day their card readers don’t work. Have attitudes I am a Uber driver here for a pick up just because they did not have one item the lady ordered they said they were refunding the order and to have a good night. I see why every Burger King goes out of buisness. The last time I came here their systems were down. Are they really or are the workers just pure lazy want money but to not do their jobs

Im usually forgiving but this place is the absolute worst. This is the closest bk near me since they shut down 2 other ones so unfortunately I have this one as my closest option. The manager here is the rudest person I have ever met. Their inside hasnt been open in months and its quite annoying. I used to love this place but the last few months its gone to hell. Stay away until you get someone new in charge.

Needs huge improvement on proper customer service. They are rude and very slow not knowing how to assist a rush. Our order was incorrect, burgers not fresh. For someone who doesn't eat red meat, to receive a whopper instead of an impossible whopper is very frustrating ! Never again will I ever spend our hard earn tax using dollars here ever again!
