Bob Evans

The assistant manager was delightful. He greeted us and seated us. We ordered quickly but the food took 25 minutes to arrive. There was some trouble in the kitchen and our food was lukewarm when it was delivered to our table. Even so the pot roast, mashed potatoes and carrots were delicious and we were compensated for the lack in heat. Service was okay, very friendly but slow and could be related to the kitchen issues. All in all a decent Sunday dinner. Pleasant service goes a long way to cover problems along the way.

Must have been an off day as wait times were slow (several parties left before being seated) and our order was wrong. Saw a lot of wait staff standing around while tables needed cleared and food delivered. Even had to ask for a coffee refill. Food was good and kitchen was cranking it out but watched many plates sit at the window for 15 minutes before they were delivered to tables. Better efficiency would have made for a happier lunch.

Just left there. Got seated by a friendly lady and then didn't get helped. 20 minutes went by, three servers helping people around us and no one asked us if we had been helped. Watched people who came in after us get their food. There were maybe 10 tables full on this slow Monday morning. We gave up and left. When we handed our menus to the waitress nearest the exit, we said no one helped us and she just said sorry! Have a good day. Very awkward. We are dressed nice- not that it would have been fair for them to not serve us if we were dressed like slobs.

The service was good and very prompt with refills. The food was good and wasn't burnt or overly dry. The environment is what you would expect at a family style restaurant with a farm theme. Only complaint I have is they forgot some of my food. Probably my fault too because I didn't realize it until after I left. All in all it's not a bad place for breakfast.

Good food. Great people. Only bad things i.have to say is that I ordered bacon with my breakfast, and they legit gave me a giant plate for 3 peices of bacon. Not sure if they had a lack of bacon at the time, but being informed i am paying full price for a lackluster proportions. I also sat for what seemed forever (what was actually like 10 minutes, only a few customers that are actually in the place keep in mind) with an empty glass after asking for a refill. Other than these two things, I still love Bob Evans.
