This place is a gem. Traditional Mexican food and drinks made the right way w/ great service. Plus, its premiere spot for live music in Vail Valley. It’s like a mini house of blues concert venue right below beaver creek.

I went on Taco Tuesday, our server was a bit bummed we weren't ordering off the menu. The food was great I went with Carne asada tacos and had a few house margaritas. Left feeling happy and full.

Highly recommend Agave in Avon CO. It was a truly miraculous experience from the moment we stepped in the door. While we were lucky enough to be there on Taco Tuesday, everything was great. Also enjoyed the house margaritas with Grand Marnier. Our table tried chicken, beef and fish dishes. No idea which was the best as we loved them all. Our server was attentive and fun. Just wish I didn’t live more than 1000 miles away.

It had been a few years since I dined in Agave. And it was decent. I was there for their taco Tuesday night. The tacos were tacos, but by far better then anything you would get at Taco Bell. lol…. The service was great. But the atmosphere in there was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation.

Upscale Mexican in the Beaver Creek area. We weren't that hungry, so ordered appetizers, they were very large with fresh and homemade ingredients and uniquely prepared. We shared a Queso dip, I had pork Taquitos which came with 3 fried Taquitos smothered in lettuce, cheese, guacamole and more. My fiance had the Carne Asada Tostaditas with slices of Tenderloin on tostaditos with avocado, corn salsa and fresh veggies.

This place has the best Taco Tues night in the valley. The service sometimes is a little off. It does get busy so I know frustrating at times. But your in the customer. Service industry. The servers who rush table and act a put off bc you ask questions about the food and ingredients. I've worked in Restaurants for 25 years as a chef and manager. If my staff cannot recite every ingredient or how the meal is prepped from back of house to front of house then I've failed. I think it's important for managers and chefs to regularly have staff training of the menu front to back. Other than this one issue the atmosphere and the night life they offer are amazing. The food is delicious and not overly priced. The cocktails and margaritas are supreme.

Outstanding Tex-Mex food. Friendly service all around and the food was hot, tasty and cooked to perfection. We also had mixed drinks and they were excellent. I ordered the Scallops. Amazing!

Love this rustic feel of this place and the bartenders and servers were really friendly. We sat at the bar and the and have few craft drinks but the weather was so nice we decided to move outside on the patio. If I lived here, this would be a regular hangout for me. I did see some interesting infused drinks...Never saw infused rattlesnake ever before though.
