Our favorite go to restaurant. Great food, great staff, and comfortable environment. Love the grilled octopus, stuffed cabbage and the fresh fish. Everything is prepared perfectly and they always accommodate my gluten intolerance.
Positively best fresh food in N Ohio! Whole Fish, Grilled Lamb Chops, Steaks, Calamari, Grilled Octopus, as well as delicious Avgolemono soup made to order! Spanakopita and other comfort foods like Moussaka!!!
Went here with friends and the food was exceptional! All of the food was tasty, used quality ingredients, and the flavors were well-balanced. My friend who is half Greek himself really liked this place too, and it's definitely the best Greek I've had in the area.
A great westside establishment.. Peter aka Taki is a wonderful restaurateur. He also owns RUE 254 in Avon. Go here and let them recommend an appetizer. The pasta and and ribeye dishes were fabulous. We can't say enough good things.

Probably a good recomendation on weekends. We were immediatly seated on patio, petfect on a summer night. Kelly was our server, very polite, knew the menu.
I had the moussaka, it was decent.food was not what we were expecting after reading reviews.

Greek Treat!. Exceptional menu, attentive service, fun ambiance... except for one tiny thing... the background music was irritating, thumpy and downright distracting from the great food adventure that Taki's brings to Avon Lake.

My boyfriend and I went to Taki's last night and it was fabulous! We had a great server and amazing food. I got the chicken pita with Greek fries. Best Tzatziki Sauce! My boyfriend got the chicken and said the sauce was great. It was reasonably priced but we splurged for an app of flaming cheese and dessert of baklava with ice cream. The owner/chef came to the table to ask about our food. We will definitely be going back soon.

Amazing! Food was wonderful and prepared perfectly. Excellent presentation as well. Good variety on the menu. Atmosphere is warm and inviting and staff was extremely pleasant. Can't wait to go back.
Super cozy and cute restaurant. The fireplace is the center of attention as it should be.
I started with the KALAMARAKIA
(fried calamari - pictured below). I was not a fan of it, hence the 4 stars.
However, I had a refreshing glass of Pinot Grigio and the pita bread with the cucumber spread/dip was good!!!!
As for my entrée, I ordered the
MACARONIA THALASSINA (pasta in a lemon butter sauce with shrimp, mussels, lobster, feta….and fresh herbs (pictured below). When I say simply delicious. I mean DELICIOUS!!!!
I was definitely happy with my choice and will be back to try other items on the menu.

Had New Year's Eve dinner at Taki's this past year, everything was excellent. Fantastic food and great service. Definitely want to go back later this year to try some other stuff off the menu. Highly recommended!
This small unassuming restaurant at the end of a strip mall....certainly did not disappoint. The best lemon chicken (avgolemono) soup that I have ever had. Calamari appetizer was great. I can't wait to return and sample more from their menu.
The food is amazing here. I consider this place the only legit Greek restaurant in the Cleveland area, the food was spot on. The owner is very proactive in making sure everyone has a positive dining experience and our server was great. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The dining area is on the small side, so making reservations is highly suggested.
Amazing Greek food! Seabass is fantastic, grape leaves were delicious. Will definitely be going back. Great mixed drinks too!
This us one of our very favorite restaurants a local gem! If you are looking for authentic Greek food that uses fresh ingredients and is prepared in an open kitchen this is the place. Super atmosphere nice indoor fireplace and also outdoor summer seating.
High quality Greek food! Not your average selections - a little pricey for my liking but all of the options sounded delicious. At around 2pm we were told that there was no spanakopites because the ‘prep guy’ just got there, that was disappointing.
I shared the moussaka with my mom and we had plenty to take home for leftovers! It was very heavy on the bechamel but we can’t complain because it was so warm and comforting.
The complementary pita and dip was just as good as the moussaka, I could have made a meal on that alone!
Recommend for anyone looking for a change of pace and looking to avoid massive chain restaurants.
