Located right on Avila beach. I ordered their clam chowder and bread bowl and it was not bad though tasted like it needed a little more celery. Pretty much had to go to the bar area to order. It had decent ambience.

Love this little Beach town spot. Have a lot of history thru the years as Barbara's by the Sea. Music is playing, the sun is shining, and drinks are pouring. Makes you smile just to be there.

A nice kick back place to dine in or take out, as we did. Had the California burger and the fries were amazing!

Heard some music and had to go in real quick. Danced to the live band playing different genres, that was dope. Fun short time:) 💃

I haven't been here since the last time I recovered the pool table, which they no longer have, so however long ago that was. The wait at Custom House was too long and we just wanted an appetizer and drink before going back on the Bob Jones Trail.
We had the street tacos which were very tasty and an 805. Simple and perfect.

The food is always scrumptious and the service is friendly as always. Great view, and good value overall! If you're visiting Avila, be sure to stop here for a drink at least🥂

I've been coming here for over 10 years. My 6 for lunch and drinks with friends. It can get very crowded and hot in the summer months, but you're in a beautiful beach! Love it
