I think it’s important to note that this is my own experience based on a visit I had recently…. After checking both Google and the phone automated messages which both said 830am opening on a Friday I went to the restaurant and arrived at about 840am. It was pouring out and the employee inside saw us waiting. She opened the door at about 850am and told me the automated message is wrong and so is google, they don’t open until 9am. Due to the weather I asked her to sit inside which she obliged. Her name is Olga and she was overall very nice. The chef arrived at about 905 and somewhere around 910 we ordered. Coffee was great, fresh and hot but it was the highlight. We received cold French toast and the omelet had cheese in it but wasn’t melted/mixed in. Taste was good. Also, the salad doesn’t say dressing but it was rather drenched (see pic). Best parts of breakfast were coffee and fries. Really unfortunate actually. Also sad that it was $13 for barely two slices of French toast. I think the prices are a bit exuberant for what you get. Finally, gratuity of 18% is included. Olga was good and so it was warranted but had I not noticed that I would have added an additional tip inadvertently.

The foods were good, but the service can be improved. We had short water, but no one refilled or came to check on us. It took so long to get the bill. However, the bill came with 18% tip included. Duh. - (Plus, it was only 2 ppl.) 18%, 20% isn’t a big deal. It’s a matter of satisfaction. We don’t appreciate to be forced to tip more than what we think it should be. We were too rush to ask about it in the restaurant. Wish the service quality would meet the expectation.(At least refill water please.)

I ordered a salmon wrap with a house salad and strawberry banana smoothie. I was really disappointed at the fact that for $20 I was given 2 thin and small wraps that had little of what was inside, but tasted good. I just wish the wrap had more inside. I finished the wraps in 3 minutes and was not even full. The side salad was just greens and not filling. I was really surprised that the strawberry and banana smoothie was not even sweet. It had a bland flavor. Maybe I ordered the wrong item on the menu. But that wrap is not worth $20. It can be though.

This place is owned by thiefs. Warning do not go there they will charge your credit card and never deliver your food. I don't besmirch, you stole 90 dollars for an order that was not filled and have refused to return it. You went so far as to send the credit card company a fraudulent bill of sale and stated that the food left your establishment in good order. Everyone has a reputation, I don't waste my time writing these for fun. You get the reputation you deserve. I would liked to have reviewed your food however it was never recieved. I hope the 90 dollars was worth it. The truth is if a kosher resturant could steal 90 dollars from a customer, I'm sure that's not the only thing the establishment is doing to cut corners and I would be wary of them being kosher at all !!!!! Feel free to respond or better yet make contact and return the money.
