Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning it was a bit crowded but the manager was great and had great energy! The receipt didn’t print out and the food was good for McDonald’s! Nice staff!

Although the McDonald's is very busy most of the time the employees there especially the management is very pleasant I have to say to be as busy as they are you will get a very pleasant experience

I’ve seen a lot of gross bathrooms, but this is by the WORST I’ve experienced. There were two restrooms at this location but my partner and I were told by the staff the one on the right was “employees only.” Neither was marked to indicate employees only. However when a group of white customers showed up they were told they would be let into the employee’s restroom “just this once.”
Maybe it was just a coincidence. Maybe it wasn’t. Either way the experience wasn’t great. First photo is the restroom the second is one of the white patrons that was waiting for the “employee” restroom.

It has been a while since I've frequent McDonald's on 14th and U, I was delight by the makeover!! A little corner nook caught eye for dining in...so inviting! The MacRib sandwich was delicious, must try again before it goes away.

Went to this McDonalds last night (Saturday) at about 9pm.
The Mgr was incredibly rude, I understand being bzy and overwhelmed but customer service goes a long way.
They ignored customers, they got orders wrong, it was just a mess.
Probably not gonna go back.

The worst service ever, the wait time is forever limited staff working at very slow pace. UNACCEPTABLE
