Placed an order for pickup at 11:40. Kids cheese burger with cottage cheese. Kids Mac and cheese with fries. Two M&ms cookies. Was told it would be ready at 12. Walked in at 12:06. Wasn't ready or even started. Employee didn't offer an apology or anything while it got started. Order got finished and

Our family used to love this place before Hy-Vee changed it to a market grille express.. the service prior to the switch was okay, took way too long to get beverages though.. not sure about the service now, haven't gone back since they changed the format of the restaurant. This used to be such a great place, I know HyVee invested a lot of money into it. There is not any waitstaff anymore, it is run like a cafeteria. If you want something you need to go ask for it at the counter. The water was room temperature and they didn't have ice. This was my favorite restaurant,
The Hy-Vee Market Grille in Austin is a great place to get a wide range of craft beers. Wait staff is very friendly (Mike is an awesome bartender). Food is on par with the best in the area. Well done, guys.
First time visiting Market Grille. Very impressed. Food was fresh and generous portions. Not overly priced. Clean atmosphere. Our server Hannah was very efficiently and friendly. Will be back!
