Taco Bell - Austin - Photo album

You guys need to get this location staffed properly. It has taken an hour to get through a drive through. I'm sire it's door dash and party packs, make them go inside. The order to serve time is wild.
Went to order drive through. The guy who takes the order said that they are taking only mobile orders. I ordered in the app and went to collect within 2 mins. He said that they are closed. After I asked him why he didn't mention that the store was closing, he didn't respond.

Please consider changing your hours of operation if you’re short staffed due to COVID-19 and everything else in between. It’s such a huge inconvenience burning gas only to find a sign on the door or drive threw speaker that says “closed” during regular hours of operation.
Ordered one combo with 3 tacos and a drink. Asked if I want sauce and I said yes, told them which. 2 tacos and drink were ok, the other one cracked apart, no sauce. I was one of 2 cars in line and nobody parked in the lot. Guess they had something else on their minds. C-
