Papa Johns Pizza

I tried to give you all a chance, but nope, you managed to mess up a simple order both of my pizzas at that. The only saving grace to my order was the Papadia. You all might want to keep those around for a while because your pizza is disappointing. This had to be the worst pizza I've had in a decade. You'll be going out of business soon if you keep this up. Do better.

Ordered pizza and a few other things. Later the app said it was delivered. Welp, the order never made it to my house. Tried calling the restaurant to get a refund for days now. No answer. Called the corporate line. Said they would get someone in touch with me in a day about a refund (they also tried calling the store multiple times). Still didn’t issue refund. I had to call my credit card to dispute this charge. Look I know staffing is tough. But when you do wrong it is important to refund your customers. This sounds stupid but it is true. After this experience I will never order from this store or any papa johns ever again. A corporate manager was supposed to call me by yesterday and still hasn’t.

Placed an order at 8:23pm was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes for delivery at 10:45pm nothing so I called to inquire about my order the girl that answered said that they only had 1 driver workin and it would be several hours before I would receive my pizza ??? I responded with ok no problem I will come pick it up she said well by the time I make it we will be closed!!!! I was in shock I asked so if I would not have called you were not even going to give me a courtesy call an let me know she laughed and said nah your order automatically cancels when we close so in the meantime my family of 7 who had been waiting patiently for over 3hrs by this time was left with a sarcastic dismissive response by the manager on duty. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS PIZZA EVER AGAIN IVE ALWAYS TIPPED THEYRE DRIVERS $20 SOMETIMES $30 THIS IS THE JESTER LOCATION WHO SERVICES UT GOLF CLUB!!!!!

I ordered a pizza through the app yesterday….oh brother. So 30 minutes after it said my order was out for delivery NOTHING had updated on the tracker, and this was now an hour AFTER I placed my order. Called up and was told the driver just had a bunch of deliveries to make. Well tracker finally updated 30 minutes laterto delivered and I didn’t receive it. I put clear instructions for delivery because there are 2 different apartment complexes at my address. Called up and they remade it for me. I was told about 30 minutes….an hour later I called up and was told it had gone out 10 minutes prior. Ok fine, maybe there’s another delivery before mine. 30 minutes later I finally got it and it was room temp at best. 3 hours for a flipping disappointment of a pizza. Didn’t even get a refund for the misdelivered pizza either, just a free remake.
