Texas Wings & Grill

This was the most dissatisfying food experience I've had in my five years of living in Texas. I cannot speak about the service as my order was placed through Uber eats. I ordered the fish platter with zucchini fries, gyro over rice and I couldn't believe what arrived. The good news is that it arrived quickly and it was exactly as I ordered. The bad news is that the fish was the consistency of jerky, the gyro meat was also dry. I ordered early in the day so I'm not sure if this was yesterdays fish and gyro being reheated or if the foodwas suffering from heat lamp exhaustion. The zucchini fries were fried beautifully and perfectly fresh. The fish (the star of the show) was the biggest disappointment. Maybe it was just a bad day but someone definitely dropped the ball on this one.

This was my first time visiting this place. Upon entering I noticed the place was clean. The bathroom was clean to and I always appreciate that. I ordered a spicy gyro with fries. Ive had many gyros in my life and Ive never had a spicy one. The guy taking my order suggested it. It was a little small but it was delicious. I was still hungry so I ordered some wings. Those were good too. The service was good friendly and professional. Great place.

We just moved to Austin and this is the first halal restaurant to try and everything was awesome, the double cheeseburger is fantastic, the wings are really delicious, my little one loved the chicken tenders. The owner sent a personal note to apologize for a missing on a previous order which a really nice gesture!! I highly recommend it!!

Way overpriced. I paid 19$ total for 6 wings with fries and Coke. Usually the portion is big enough so I can have it the next day so I can accept that. This wasnt even big enough for this price. I wanted to get the wings with fries and the guy told me to take the combo as it's cheaper. It was more expensive ! I will not go back there

Sooo many choices. I love the business hours & no matter what I've ordered or what time I've gone in my food is always very fresh & made to order. I love the garden salads & I get the made in house avocado oil vinaigrette dressing. I also really love there Philly sandwich, chicken wings & onion rings. :) The prices are a little high but the food quality & taste does make up for it.

Every time I have ordered boneless wings from this place they have sent me bone-in wings. "Rowan, that seems like kind of a petty reason to give a 1-star rating," you say. Yeah, well, I can NOT overstate how much I hate getting my hands sticky, so I can't eat these. I ordered what I ordered for a reason.
