Gatti's Pizza

I found the pizza from this location to be extra good. It's always fresh and hot ! The service staff is very friendly. I have never seen a team work so hard as I have when visiting this store. The stores manager, Justin, always has a big smile and works fast to get those pizzas made. WOW what a team !

Had one of the most horrible experiences today at this location. Called in for a pick-up order at 6pm, the person said it would be ready in 20min. Showed up at 630pm and waited another 40min before I finally got my pizzas. When I arrived, there were two other people that were waiting for their pizzas as well and had to wait about the same amount of time I did. Apparently, they lost some people's Pizza which I don't know how that happens but it did. After, waiting for about 10 minutes four other customers came in and all had issues with their pizzas not being ready. So finally after an hour and 15 min I get my order (1 cold, 1 hot pizza) with no apology or discount. Won't be back to this place for a while.

Called in to this location to pick up. Guy on the phone said 15 min. Husband got there to pick up, they couldn't find the order. Husband gave the order again and waited, order was wrong stil.. He asked for a manager and there was not one. Then one of their friends comes in and they started goofing off with him. Then the guy who took the order told my husband he was still new, started a month ago and didn't know the computer system still. We will not ever go to this location again. Awful service and awful pizza.

Honestly the trillest pizza place in austin, the staff is amazing, everytime i go in to order they are always so polite and welcoming. The delivery drivers are almost always on time within the quoted delivery time, and the pizza is of course, delicious. I will never go to another pizza place again, besides Gattis
