I have been going to TKO for years. The products are the highest quality at great prices. Rich and April are both knowledgeable and friendly. Rich created a nutrition plan for me 2 years ago. Rich took the time to sit down and explain to the plan, and how it would help me reach my goals. He stayed in constant contact and help motivate me when needed. With Rich's help I was able to reach my goal weight and keep it off. I could recommend a better place for supplements and nutritional advice.
