I absolutely love Dream Dinners!! I was a bit skeptical at first but every medium dinner is enough to feed our family of 3 and we have left overs for my lunch the next day! The prep time at the facility is so much fun! It's an hour of being incredibly efficient and then instant gratification when you fill your freezer with delicious/healthy meals. If you haven't tried Dream Dinners DO IT!! You won't regret it!!

I've been coming here for monthly meal prep for almost 10 years, I can't say enough good things about them! Come once a month and prep meals to be frozen and thawed weekly. They do the the meal planning, the shopping and the chopping and it makes my life so much easier!

Great way to prepare a month's worth of healthy meals for a lot less than eating out. Plus, I like how I can adjust the recipes to fit my family's tastes. Well worth it, like once-a-month cooking.
