The cookies are spectacular. Tried the peanut butter and jelly, banana nutella, and pumpkin cream cheese, and they were all giant, gooey, and bursting with ingredients/filling. They definitely don’t skimp here. I also really enjoyed the avocado, egg, and cheese burridough. Personally wasn’t a fan of the lemon blueberry rosemary scone because I found the rosemary to be overpowering - but I realized I just don’t like rosemary. Wish they had more scone flavors to try. Tiny store - no seating inside, so it’s a pick-up-and-go place.

Their cookies are seriously out of this world. I wish they were open past 4 on weekdays so I could get my fix. They are also carried in the Royal Blue off of e 6th street. I looove the Nutella-stuffed banana cookie, but all of the flavors are winners. Probably my favorite cookies in Austin.

The kids said "Best cookies ever" and I must agree. We got the chocolate chip and banana Nutella and they were perfectly done- warm and gooey on the inside!

The sweetest staff and the most delicious bread and, OMG, the cookies! The burridoughs are amazing, too, if on the heavy side. But if you want to treat yo-self, you can't pick a better place!

I finally visited ThoroughBread bakery yesterday and wow! I loved the banana nutella cookie which is out of this world! Chewy, goey and perfectly sweetened, love the texture and great quality ingredients. The sourdough olive bread is to die for! Congrats Ryan! This is going on my foodie tour of Austin. Highly recommended by a pastry chef.

Looooovvveee this bakery/cafe! We are staying in an Airbnb close by in South Lamar. We walked through the adorable neighborhood right to this local bakery, which happens to bake their bread in the Tartine bakery style (in cast iron skillets). It’s sourdough, very crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend. They also have great coffee, cookies, and friendly bakers so stop by if you have the chance!

Fantastic! I've never had anything for breakfast as good as the burri-dough from another bakery, and trust me I've looked. Everyone is friendly, the price is right, and they know their dough!
