Gopuff

This is a great service for when you can't or don't want to go to a CONVENIENCE STORE in person. It's best for a few items NOT FOR SEVERAL ITEMS AS ONE LESS THAN POSITIVE REVIEWER MENTIONED. This is strictly convenience store items at convenience store prices. If you want to spend $100 on groceries and pay grocery store prices use another service. One that actually fills orders at a grocery store NOT a convenience store.

This is the worst service i have ever used. I spent over a hundred dollars and over half my order was missing. No explanation. No expected delivery time and it’s been five days. They won’t refund the delivery fee even though it’s been far longer than the 25-30 minutes promised and MOST OF MY ITEMS WEREN’T EVEN DELIVERED.

Well, The sign above the door DID say "GO Puff", I guess. So, maybe I should have tried to find something to puff on elsewhere. The only thing on the building I could find to puff on was the knob on the front door. Did my darnedest. When the guy came outside and asked, "Um, what are you doing?" , I thought it was obvious and kind of a dumb question, so I just stared at him. Then the cops came. Let's end this whole discussion right here.

On multiple occasions I ordered late at night and had to wait over 2 hours for my order to get delivered. There is also no good way to immediately get help from customer service. In addition to all that, the price is absolutely insane and completely not worth it. Everything is overpriced. Long story short, save yourself the money and time and just visit a local 7-11.
