Speedy makes the best burritos hands down, I was devastated when they burned down but they are reopening and I will be waiting! This was my go to Friday breakfast after a week of work.

As this taco shop has a butcher shop smell of all ready cut up meat's still my pastor and bisteak taco and cost is pretty good. Definitely a good hidden gem.
This place was pointed out to me by a local person, after I told her that we've visited several Mexican restaurants and still hadn't found one with good food. She hesitated when I asked her what was her favorite restaurant. She said it wasn't fancy but the food was good. Let me tell you the tacos are good, she's right the place is nothing fancy but if you're after a good taco and a bomb salsa this is your place. The lady in the evening cooks so good. We also visited one time for lunch and the tacos and salsa wasn't as good as in the evening. ( different cooks)
If you prefer good food over fancy atmosphere, eat here. Texas has a knack for great tacos from places attached to convenience stores, and this is no exception. The gorditas are large. Try one with cheese; it's grilled. Then have some tacos al pastor. Not because you're still hungry, but because they're delicious.
Well, the tacos never made it past the parking lot! I meant to bring some home for my boyfriend and ended up eating his too 🤭 the meat wasn't greasy and the flavor was on point! They have a Mexican salad bar with deliciously hot salsa and mix of veggies in lime that go perfectly with the tacos. Plus, when I ordered my tacos for 2 people they only took like 5-7min to make. I was impressed with the speed, the quality, and the friendliness of this place!

Ok, this is MY neighborhood store. I can get a pack of cigarettes, pint of ice cream, really good tacos and and great service from some awesome employees all at the same time!!!! Ya can't beat that!!! Oh , they don't know my name but I'm always called " My Friend "!! I'm happy to know each and every person working there. I thank them so much for all of their kindness!!!
