While I generally enjoy Gatti's, they're extremely skimpy on the toppings. Keep in mind when you look at the picture that I in no way asked for light cheese.

I use the Guadalupe location for delivery to my office (which Google maps shows is a 10 minute drive). They are ALWAYS much later than the 1 hour delivery time stated on the website and I usually end up with cold yet burned pepperoni rolls and a Sampler pizza with barely any toppings. They used to load their Samplers up with toppings, but now sadly don't even come close to covering the pizza at all. I always order my jalapenos on the side and rarely ever actually receive them. When you dare to call the store to inquire as to if you are going to receive the products you paid for, you are usually met with rudeness and hostility. Save yourself a headache and order Domino's instead. It is cheaper, faster, the people are nicer, and you will actually get your pizza

Unreliable. Do not use for large orders. Mr. Gatti's may seem like a good cheap solution to feed a bunch of people but it's not. I set up a catering order with the manager for 120 pizzas to be delivered for my children's school event (and paid) 6 days in advance. Confirmed with them and updated order two days in advance. Then comes the day for the event, I received a phone call from Mr. Gattis 10 minutes after the order was supposed to have been delivered to inform me that not only was all the pizza going to be late, but that the order was still incomplete at that moment and they would be delivering 1/2 of the pizzas 30 minutes late, and the other half of the pizzas an hour and a half late. They were also short by 4 pies and refused any kind of refund. I wish "you get what you pay for" applied here, but unfortunately Mr. Gatti's can't even manage to provide that...

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to place an order for delivery ( a potentially large order that would’ve been profitable) Customer service rep acted like I was such a bother. When I asked him what was wrong he replied that “It’s dinner hour and the phone order usually take one minute and yours takes 5 min” with a horrible tone and attitude. As a former customer service rep myself, I understand how busy restaurants can get. I would’ve been fired on the spot if I ever talked that way to a customer. Most certainly won’t ever get my business.

I know it’s easy for everyone to call and complain but I’m actually going to give a compliment. My boyfriend actually ordered the pizza for me and ordered it wrong. He called and made the correction with the store and we wondered if it would actually be done correctly. I was blown away. This is one of the two most amazing pizzas I have had. It was made just the way I wanted it and it’s an awesome pizza. Timing of delivery and customer service taking the call to the maker of the pizza, well done!!!! I am a satisfied customer and still believe Gatti’s it the best pizza in town! Thank you and thank your staff for me.

We ordered ONE pizza almost two hours ago and it just straight up never arrived. They sourced the delivery out to DoorDash for some reason (despite us ordering directly from Gatti's) and the driver literally never arrived. The phone number to call him also was a disconnected number. We called the store to ask for a refund in the meantime because that was a ridiculous wait time. Then we called back after quite a while, and after the app suddenly showed the driver as heading back to the store, and they said "oh yeah he came back a little while ago because the app was messing up and we told him the order was cancelled and not to worry about it." They were not going to give us any kind of notification or anything. Now it's literally two hours later and we're starving. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible delivery service!! We've been ordering for months from Gatti's at work and the delivery service is usually always problematic. Today it was beyond horrible and why we are never ordering from Gatti's again. The delivery was 45 minutes late for a conference, and the individual I talked with at Gatti's on the phone today had the audacity to argue with me about what the delivery driver did and did not say on the phone when I was trying to coordinate our location to him. Usually, customer service involves wasting NO time to solve a problem, but this person felt that was completely unnecessary, and wanted to argue and delay our delivery even more, rather than solve the problem. On top of that, he also insinuated racism (???) Gatti's needs to train their employees better in customer service, figure out how to deliver pizzas more efficiently, especially if their drivers have been working as long as this person supposedly was (30 years). There is no excuse for a 45 minute late delivery, when we gave clear directions over the phone at the time of requesting the order. We are suggesting to our other co-workers to drop Gatti's use entirely. They've lost our business forever.

They delayed my order and then canceled my order roughly 30 min after the delayed delivery window.
Don't order from here if you actually expect a pizza to show up at your house after you order it.
