Some restaurants go out of there way to make sure orders are correct and the customers leave happy. This taco bell does not. Should any of the managers or employees see this, sometimes it is an acceptable choice to make an order the way the customer wants it

ALWAYS closed before their listed time. Constantly out of stock on certain items. Staff is rude as hell and seem like they genuinely don't care about the customers, the quality of their food, or their jobs in general. And they have a 95% fail rate when it comes to getting an order correct. Forgetting items flat out, not double checking the bag to make sure the customers are getting what they paid for. Wouldn't suggest any Taco Bell in the South Austin area. They all seem to have the exact same problems at each location.

My order was $9.40 for chips and cheese nachos, a crunchwap Supreme and a beefy melt burrito from the $2 cravings menu with no rice. There was only about 1/3 of cheese in the cup for maybe 4 chips. The crunchwap Supreme was so thin, nothing like the picture...barely any meat or beans and the corn tortilla was NOT crunchy. The burrito was mostly tortilla...again, barely any meat. Will NOT order from this Taco Bell again.

I don't even remember the last time I ate here because they are always closed like an hour earlier than what it says online. It's not even like there isn't a demand at this hour. The whataburger drive thru next door is always busy! I know because it's what I always have to settle for because I can't get my **** taco bell!

Why provide the option to pick an order up inside when the doors are locked? Now I get cold, soggy pre-ordered food because I have to wait behind 7 cars in the drive thru. Nice little scam you have going on, Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell location use to be really good, but not anymore. The employees that get hired to work here like to close early, and at random it seems which can be between 9:30pm-11:30pm. You just never know when they actually close. You can drive there just to find out that they are closed, and then you just wasted your time. But at least Whataburger is next door, you just have to hope that the line is not long. Update: Tried to go in the drive thru at 6pm on a Saturday, waited for about 10 minutes with people in front of me, the line never moved, and I eventually gave up and left. I'll be taking a break from Taco Bell until they get it together, it's just not worth it anymore.

They never get an order correct, and they are super slow. They are not opening their dining room because they said they can not hire quality employees. I would bet it has a lot to do with the management. We are not going back.

This TB location is THE WORST with portion size. The burritos are filled with not even enough stuff inside to put in a taco. Plus, they don't offer Fresco Style through the drive-thru!?!?! You can get fresco style when you order in the lobby via the touch screens...but not via drive- thru!?!? (and lobby is closed due to covid)if it's an option on the taco bell menu nationally, it should be on your menu, Period.
