Little Caesars

We have used this location a few time previously with mixed results. The time before this was super unpleasant (took our order, then cancelled it with no explanation. Talk about hangry!). This visit was MUCH better. Pizzas were super hot and fresh. Cheesy and meaty just as expected. They redeemed themselves this time. Too bad I can't post videos because that cheesy stretch was perfect!

I place a pizza portal order so I don't have to stand in there and take up space, while I wait in my car outside. The order will be ready in 30m it says. Kind of long but okay. So 25m later, they cancel my order with no explanation. As soon as I get out of the car to see what's up, the guy inside *runs* to the door and locks it. In the next 2 minutes I see several more people walk up to the door yelling "HEY you already took my money!!". Excellent communication here, guys. If you have 30m to burn and aren't that hungry, it's a great way to spend time!

Please help get this store staffed. Can't get Any one to answer the phone to place an order and online tells you right when you After you submit your order, that the store is not taking online orders. I did have to go in and it the guy was kind and got my pizza out quickly... it was good. I decided to go elsewhere due to the same 2 issues.

Edit: Everytime I go here, there's an extended wait time. Front staff could care less about customers, or the job in general. Won't be wasting time here anymore. Little Ceasers as a business is a good little budget pizza spot. 4 stars, not 5 because there last time I went, it took 20 minutes to incorrectly make my "hot n ready" order making me late to where I was going, so wasn't worth complaining.

DO NOT BOTHER! I put in a order online at 4:23pm and they said it would be ready by 4:54-4:59pm we went to go pick it up at 5pm and they said it wasn’t ready and their excuse was that they didn’t see it in the system. The time is now 5:50pm and we are STILL waiting for our order with groceries in the back because we figured it would be a quick pickup. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!
