Little Caesars

Ordered a 5$ hot n ready pizza online for pick up. lobby is closed so I had to wait for the drive-through and waited for over an hour (only because I couldn’t back up or get out of line)and there’s only one person working inside I felt sorry for this young kid having to do it all but The drive-through window has broken glass, there’s homeless people standing up in front asking for money, not the safest area and the drive-through voice box doesn’t work and then uses a hand written sticker that says please pull up to the window

Pre Covid I had no issues ordering from here but when Covid came this place just went downhill. It doesn't open up at 11am like Google says but instead 12:30, 1, or 1:30pm. The lobby is never open. It's just gotten extremely hood and ghetto. If you like Little Caesars pizza go somewhere else. I rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to avoid this ratchet place.

Why even offer the option to order online to pickup when the lobby is closed. I wanted to avoid waiting 20 minutes in line to get my order which is why I placed the order online. Also turn your phone back on so when I drive 20 minutes to get here I can call to cancel it instead of spending an hour on pizza.

This is the most mismanaged Little Caesars in the country. They close early at random times every night by hanging hand written signs in the window that states 'short staffed closed early' yet the online system let's you still place the order. You never know if they are closed or not. They never answer the phone whether they're open or not, so it's not like you can call ahead to confirm they're open. Drive through is chaos, they allow orders to be placed then vehicle waits at window until it's ready. I've ordered online with a drive through pickup, only to wait an additional 45 mins because they serve walk ups before online orders. 100% do not waste your time with this location. This location is needs serious help, I've never experienced anything like it
