This place has the best happy hour sushi ever! I spent 12 dollars and got four different rolls. The cocktails are really imaginative and reasonable priced. Watch out for their music selection it might trip you up.
Best deal downtown for sure
The sushi is pretty good, not amazing or mind-blowing, but good. It's open late and has great sake choices, plus a sensational vegetarian sushi menu for those who don't eat fish. The atmosphere is phenomenal, a cozy downtown spot to eat sushi and chill while still feeling fancy.
Everything here was fine and the service was very good. We were able to get a table with no wait at dinner time on Friday night. I'm not thrilled with the decor. It's dark and somewhat gloomy.
The sushi was fine. The edamame was steaming hot and fresh, and the salad was also fresh. I have no complaints about the food. If I worked downtown, I would probably eat here regularly.
For me what make this Japanese-menued joint are the sushi selection and atmosphere. While the sushi perhaps isn't world-class, it is really good and fairly inexpensive. My favorite so far is the Sakura roll. They serve beer and sake, and the fact that they have a good selection of boba is a knock in their favor as well. More than anything however, what makes Silhouette so perfect is that they are open late, so if you are the type of drunk that is too snooty for greasy pizza (a'la me) stumble yourself on over here.
I've yet to participate in any karaoke action here, but the sushi was delicious. The staff is friendly and several are covered in tattoos - which I dig - and had great recommendations for me on my first visit.
Sushi happy hour and lunch specials! I love getting good sushi at a reasonable price! It is a cute little place in a great area ! Staff is friendly.
This is a good location on Congress, if you ever get the sushi craving in the middle of the day.
There are places with more variety as you venture out of downtown Austin, but not bad if you're going with some coworkers for a quick lunch.
This is our to-go-to place during our lunch time. They have very good sushi selections and soup as well as salad. They also have a reasonable price specials for lunch!! You should try this place and you will love it!
pretty average sushi, but great prices! you can get 2 or 3 rolls at lunch for $10.
