EDIT: Victory Medical and Quest Diagnostics Contacted me to let me know about How the incident was handled after this post was submitted. Two days after, Quest apologized for the mishandling of my sample and QUEST expressed that Victory Medical was not responsible for the delay for the second incident. All of this clarification and contact from management and providers was done after this review was posted and I was contacted by a Victory medical representative. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You should DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was referred to this place and I thought they were good but after 2 incidents over the same procedure it can’t just be coincidence. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU OR INFORM YOU OF YOUR BLOOD WORK TEST RESULTS; SOMETHING AS BASIC AS YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW IS TAKEN AWAY BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE. The first time I had to call the LAB directly to find out what the results were and request results from the lab directly because of "My Provider" silence. Then, after a talk with another provider they told me it was an isolated incident and that they were very attentive to these tests. I had test done the same day and there were 10 days since my test with no answer whatsoever; I had to text my "Provider" to ask about the results as the silence seemed to be a constant. The results were not positive and I needed a treatment that was delayed because of their practices. I talked to the LAB and they told me the test were delivered to them 5 days after the sample was taken. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND YOURSELF GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE PATIENT MORE THAN A CUSTOMER.

Don’t go here!!! you won’t even see a real doctor, only a nurse practitioner. Awful experience, Nurse practitioner, Brittney Adams, says to my that his toe looks bad, yet fails to submit RX (antibiotic) on a timely matter. (Added to go to ER or hospital if not better) Still H‑E‑B has not received it! They are short staffed apparently, she is the only one there today. You call the office and all you get is the answering service, who’s message we’ll be sent but replies are 24- 48 hours !

I needed a General Practitioner relatively close to me and found this clinic. Despite mixed reviews, I gave them a try and I am very pleased with this clinic and Dr. Brittani Adams. The phone has been answered every time I have called, the staff has always been pleasant and they are thorough with reminders of your appointments via text messaging and email. My visit with Dr. Adams went well and I really liked her! She actually took the time to get to know me, asked thorough questions and by the time I left, I felt she cared about my well being. The on site pharmacy is also very convenient and the technician took the time to verify that my insurance was accepted and that my copay was the same before they transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens.

This place used to be Ok, but is rapidly declining. I rely on a medication to not have extremely painful and debilitating attacks that affect my joints and ability to walk. Back in July, I called in to renew my prescription, was told there were no more refills and needed to come in for lab work. Fine, but why wasn't I made aware of this? I get lab work then can't get another appointment for 3 weeks later. I show up for the appointment (which they sent me a total of 4 text and email confirmations for) on time and am told, "someone should have given you a call" apparently the Dr. is out for 3 weeks. Well I was not given a call, and I'm pretty sure it was the person's job who I was talking to to give that call. At this point I am 4 weeks without my medication and being told I can't be seen for another 3 weeks? Finally they schedule another appointment later that day, but a pretty terrible experience all around. I am lucky I didn't have one of my normal attacks from being off medication this long. You guys need to do better. Meanwhile, I will be looking for a new Primary Care Provider ASAP!!

They refused to see me because I was in earlier that day. I was having wh clot. They did not care. This is my primary care. I have been going here for years. They acted very cold and inhuman. If your looking for a place where your health will be valued this isn't the place. I literally donated my time to this place to help them film their tv commercial, in the past like I said I had been going here for years. But the idea of them helping me out, when I think I could have a clot it's so inhuman. (All because I visited a provider earlier that day) Willam franklin the medical director is never on campus, he doesn't see any patients yet reeps all the benefits his nurse's who sees his patients that provide mediocre care and clearly doesn't care to see you if your actually having an emergency. Primary cares are meant to be able to take care of you, you're supposed to be able to build a long-lasting relationship with your doctor and they should be willing to treat you in situations like this. I will be filing a grievance.
