Mcdonald's

Strange situation. When the driver is waiting for an order, they do not shout the order number as in the Bangladesh market. When a person is waiting for an order on the street, they also don’t shout the number for him to hear. When you come to a restaurant and place an order, you are treated like a second-class visitor. They shout out your order several times but will not bring it like other customers. I honestly admit that the quality of customer service has improved. Now I don't have to ask for my paper bag order to be placed on a tray because I have ordered service inside the restaurant. No one shouts the order number, scaring the children.

This location is always fast as hyuk and the food never in bad condition. Buncha kids in there as far as I've seen and their I don't wanna be here attitudes actually leds itself to the whole experience/speed of it? It's honestly kinda nice. Drive through esp. is nice- heck I like it so much I regular the place. Prob not healthy for me but eh, don't wanna cook at 9 after work. Thanks guys, keep it up. Also wanna point out that I shamefully have in fact become a regular. No hair in my food, never ignored, never the wrong order or another item on the order wrong. As far as Mcnasties go, this is one of the better if not the best one I've ever been to.

So, I am not usually the type of person to take the time to write a review but I believe the service I was provided this morning is definitely worthy and appreciated. After a night out and feeling a bit hungover I decided to make my way to McDonald's. I order two breakfast sandwiches and a large orange juice. As I pull up to the first window I grab my purse to take out my credit card and it's no where to be found. At this point,I am panicking and the guy at the window is looking at me waiting for some form of payment. I look at him and say, " I am sorry, but I went out last night and can't find my credit card so can you cancel my order please." As I am about to drive off and still looking for credit card he hands me a receipt which I thought odd. He then says to me, don't worry about it and I am confused he then says, "go ahead and pull forward I got you!" At this point, I realized that he paid for my meal!!! My heart literally melts and I graciously thank him and he says, "no problem. " I pull up and grab my food. As I drive off I can't help, but feel thankful. Makes my heart full that there are still people out in the world who are kind and giving and puts my faith in humanity again. So, thank you to the kind man at McDonald's who made my morning not feel so terrible and much brighter!!!

Definitely one of the best McDonald's I've been to. I've yet to dine in at this location, but at least the service at the drive thru is great. They're fast, efficient, have nice customer service and they always get my order right. I really can't ask for more from a $4/burger establishment. Thanks! Keep it up!
