Wing Daddy's Sauce House

I have to say this is probably been one of the best experiences I've had here, any dining restaurant matter of fact. I've attended this Wing Daddy's a few times in the past wasn't much to talk about. but today my experience was outstanding and top-notch. Mika My waitress was very attentive and professional and kind. The food was hot and delicious I'm not sure what's changed since the last time I was here a few months back, but today has definitely made me want to become more of a regular. The atmosphere was clean and I'm very impressed. Mika had such a positive attitude definitely made our experience memorable.

Wings are great. Service is usually pretty good. Atmosphere isn't great. Blasting music manager screams at his employees. Seems like they take verbal abuse from him all the time how they act. The enployees are slow sometimes but sometimes great depending on when you go. I only go back because the food is good. Ive only tried the wings tbh. but it's almost not going for the atmosphere. Also Paying for extra sauce is annoying when the cook isn't putting enough on to begin with. I can overlook those things based on the wings being welll priced and pretty good.

Wing Daddy's is pretty nice. We are here on a Thursday and they had $4 Margaritas and 1.25 riblet specials. I was thinking the riblets may be of low quality, but it was actually really good. It was steaming hot and the honey BBQ was great addition to the riblets. The huckleberry margarita definitely could've used move alcohol though. Tastes like juice. Overall, definitely would go again and probably sit at the bar. Vibes were great. Nice spot to take the fam.

Food is good, but for some reason, I have been to Austin, New Braunfels and one in San Antonio, and they ALL are short handed. NB is the worse one. This Austin place only had 1 waitress and a bar tender. But She was very good, Fast even though she had the whole restaurant by herself. We didn't wait near as long as we thought we would. she never stopped moving the entire hour we were there. I sure hope she makes what she deserves.

The food was good. I ordered the honey hot strips and funky fries appetizer. The only thing that I would recommend is for the restaurant to clean a little better. Every time I visit this restaurant as soon as you walk in it smells like old mop water. Not sure if they just need to add a air freshener to the place or not. Maybe they need to use clean water for their mop.
