Mr Gatti's Pizza

This is one of my local Mr. Gatti's and by far my favorite in terms of quality and service. I've gotten take out from here for years and the staff are fun, engaging, and extremely involved in making sure orders are correct and customers are happy. Jason and Cherry run this place and they are fantastic management and it shows in how happy their staff is and how consistently good their food quality is. 10/10, I'll keep buying pizza from them. If you ever have a problem with their food or your order, talk to Jason or Cherry; they're serious about taking care of their customers and earning repeat business.

I've been going to Mr. Gatti's Pizza places for about 50 years and have never been disappointed. There use to be a 2 story Me. Gatti's on Congress Avenue in downtown Austin and when I was a kid and my mom was working downtown, I would walk down there for lunch. This location is a takeout only but it's still a great place. We were in town visiting someone and stopped in to get a large pizza. Place smells great and the staff was great. Ordered at the counter and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes. I'm amazed at how the taste and quality has remained the same. I always choose the original crust.

Today is June 18th, 2023 at 11:35am. I don't know the employees names, so hopefully this will help y'all with knowing who I am talking about. My husband and I have ordered from this location twice this week, and both times have been wonderful. The guy that took our order today on the phone was super polite, intelligent, and helpful. Our pizzas look perfect. Both employees we encountered today were great. Before this week, it had been years since we ordered Gattis, the one near our home closed a while back. We are so happy to have found this location. It's not very close, about a 10 minute drive, but we will definitely be ordering from here more often. Thanks for being the best pizza in Austin.
