This establishment has excellent Vietnamese noodles, tofu pudding dessert, soy milk, and ready to eat dishes. This is a self service restaurant. Order at the counter and find a seat in one of the handful of tables. Pick up the food from the counter. Dining atmosphere is completely absent. The place is very small and more suitable for takeouts than dining in. Environment is cluttered with boxes and restaurant supplies that don’t belong in a dining room.

I got the hot soy milk drink and the tofu pudding with the ginger syrup. They were so good! The drink was creamy and the syrup was perfect. Reminded me what I used have as a kid.

First time trying this place and it did not disappoint! We got banh beo from their pre-made foods section to go, which is hard to find in Austin. While it wasn't the best banh beo I've ever had, it was pretty tasty and I'll take what I can get! Will definitely be back in the future to try some of their other dishes - particularly looking forward to their banh cuon.

This is a mom/pop and hole in the wall. please don't come here expecting fine dining service. the food is amazing and authentic. i specifically like their canh bun, bun dau mam tom, banh cuon, and bun mam. we also would grab the premade take outs for dinner. the owners are kind and friendly and they sometimes offer my kids free pastries.

This is our goto place for Tofu in Austin. They also have great Vietnamese food. They recently changed their name to Uncle Phan’s Fresh Tofu, but nothing has changed.

An amazing mom and pop shop. We love their authentic vietnamese dishes! My fave here is the Bun Mam, Cahn Bun, and husband loves their lemongrass filled Bun Bo Hue! I’m also an avid tofu lover and their fresh tofu does not disappoint. It’s tough to find fresh quality homemade comfort food. I’m too lazy to cook Viet dishes for my husband (he’s Viet-Chinese) so we have takeout here on those days. Will be back!

Pork hock and fish cake rice noodle soup was delicious. My husband and I might have dosed ourselves with too much sodium by drinking all of the soup, we got very groggy immediately after lol. The banh cuon was not available when we came, it seems to be the bestseller, will have to come back and try it.

We got the bánh cuốn (steamed rice roll with Vietnamese sausage), nước mía (fresh sugarcane drink), bánh tiêu (fried sesame bun), and đậu hũ (fresh tofu dessert with ginger syrup) and it was delicious! Homemade and fresh!

They have a good buon rieu and bun bo especially if you don’t like the fermented shrimp taste. Theirs isn’t as strong. I also love buying their fresh tofu and banh cuon by the lb or 1/2 to go. Not many places in austin have fresh banh cuon.

The food is fresh and tasty. The word 'tofu' gave me the impression that this establishment may carry many vegetarian options. I was wrong. Very limited vegetarian option. Their tofu products have either chicken, pork, fish, or a combination of those. The lady who served me today wasn't very helpful with my questions. Impatiently, she kept asking me "which one, which one.." My advice for you is to learn their menu before heading there.
