We love this place. They have great food, excellent service and the staff are so much fun. See you next weekend.
The best breakfast tacos, for a reasonable price! I look forward to visiting anytime I'm in town.
Just plain ole great Mexican food, great service, great portions at great prices!! Not sure why it's so hard for other places to figure out? Come eat here!
Friendly staff, excellent service, and delicious food at very reasonable prices. Also, the food portions were plentiful. They also serve various types of meats in a taco or burrito that other Mexican restaurants do not carry.
AMAZING FOOD!! Was so good that we ended up going there twice in one day! Went for brunch and ordered the eggs and tacos - they were so delicious - loved it! Againt he margaritta was to die for ;) Later int he day got quesadilla and enchiladas - both yummilicious! Definitely recommend this restaurant, lovely staff and food - what more could you ask for and ofcourse very reasonably priced.
Loved - must order again
• Their sauces in bottles - ask for the Jalapeno Green Sauce bottle
• Al Pastor **
• The Torta! Ask for grilled onions ****
• Migas plate
• Grilled jalapenos ****
- pancakes
Liked - not bad
• Carne Guisada taco - decent (almost no cumin taste)
• Chicken tortilla soup. A bit too much oregano and tortilla chips for my liking. But would order again. Get regular soup bowl size. Large was way too big.
• Picadillo taco. Ground beef
Ok - average
• Egg Chorizo Potato taco
Did not like
• Beef Fajita taco
I love love love this location. For the last 2 years Ive gone every week for breakfast tacos or lunch. For the last year I had to cut back a little since I don’t live so close anymore and now I am there almost every Wednesday for lunch. I love their staff, they know me and are always so kind, they even know I only like the jalapeño sauce with my tacos. ☺️ Best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had, most amazing tortilla soup, hands down the best jalapeño sauce EVER! Wonderful customer service! Extremely consistent!
Very good Mexican food. Their green chilaquiles are probably the best thing on the menu. This salsas are delicious and their prices are very reasonable. I also tried their barbacoa and it's pretty darn good. The service was on pint and the staff was very friendly. Very good atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
This restaurant is located on 620 near Lakeline Mall. It's been a while since we've been here for breakfast, and as usual, it's a wonderful meal. We arrived just before the big rush at 10:00 a.m. There are booths and tables and chairs situated all around the restaurant. There's parking both in the front and back. When we arrived business just started to pick up and we were able to sit in the back. It was 1st come 1st serve for seating. Their menu was very robust with many items to choose from. We ordered the Chilaquiles with Verde sauce and 2 over easy eggs, Migas, and a Carne Guisada Taco with flour tortillas. We also ordered coffee and water. While waiting for our meal we asked for tortilla chips and salsa. Three types of salsa are served with the chips. While waiting for our food, the restaurant packed up full, and there was a line winding out the door. Once we got our meal, it looked fabulous, and tasted delicious. While I don't consider myself a Chilaquiles connoisseur, this was the best I have had to date. Within a few minutes our plates were eaten clean and we were ready to go. The wait staff visited with us often, making sure we had enough to both eat and drink. To pay, you go to the front cashier and tell them your order. They locate your ticket, and then you pay. Tips are put in the jar at the front, and the staff share the tips. Everyone working there moved like a well oiled machine. They all supported and backed each other up due to the amount of business. I will definitely be coming back for more.
.....
So a few weeks later we did come back for more and we surprised with the food we received. While enjoyable, we preferred the breakfast. Tried the Nachos Guadalajara and got the Supreme. We didn't realize the difference and started eating only to find out later we received the wrong order. Food was good nonetheless.
I work near this location so I often get lunch here or breakfast tacos. the food here has a ton of flavor + its reasonably priced for what you get. Highly recommend if you're looking for affordable and tasty mexican food.
This food was GOOD!! The barbacoa tacos were sooo tender and yummy, the charro beans were full of bacon, the margarita was sweet, that stuffed jalapeño was INTENSE. This place is not just basic TexMex, I felt like somebody's grandma was back there cooking all day. I will definitely go back.
We were driving around this area and saw this Mexican restaurant, since I call my self Mexican, we must give this place a try.
Overall the food quality was great, portions are big, services is good as well.
Come and try it yourself, you will not regret about it.
I got a chimichanga with fajita chicken for lunch. It was very big full of chicken. Needs a lil sauce in there or something though. But I covered it in salsa so no big deal lol. Lunch specials are 10$ which is even better! The girls were also very nice.
This place has been here for quite a while now and has gotten better over the years. They serve you complimentary chips with 4 different salsas which is awesome. I recommend breakfast or lunch here. The Migas plate is very tasty. Make sure to add an order of bacon. The Chicken Chilaquiles plate is also quite good. Ask for extra sour cream. If you just want pancakes the order is huge.
Pretty much all the plates give you plenty of food and the prices are very reasonable. They still only give you canned sodas so no free refills unless you want Tea. Make sure to ask if any of the plates are spicy or have jalapenos so you can order it like you want. They have tables and booths. Weekends are busy so go early.
Exactly what a Mexican restaurant should. Great food at reasonable prices. Had four different salsas at the table. Four! Gotta love variety.
Service was a little slow but it was late so no biggie.
Delicious food and very good service. La barbacoa melts in your mouth. I've visit a few times now and always very good food. Oh and the waters are the best for your buck I've seen in the area.
Notes pics of the current menu.
I'm Mexican and had a wonderful time here. Their agua fresca is on point. The tacos are full and meaty. They have a variety of authentic meats (lengua, tripa, cabeza, campechana). The regional Mexican music in the background was a bonus for me as it made it feel very homely. They have a great drink selection as well!
Good place, small, and in a shopping center, so parking is tough. Wait staff speaks mainly Spanish, which is a good sign. Flour tortillas are hand made, but the corn tortillas are not. The hot sauce was good, they have a few different hot sauces, that were good. I had 3 different breakfast tacos. They were good, except the potato and egg. Overall very good. Restroom was clean.
This place has never failed to have Great food. It is always pretty packed but the service is quick as well, all around good experience. Everyone enjoy...
In my opinion best Mexican in the area, authentic and flavorful. Service has always been quick and friendly. Def a taste of Mexico
Parking fills up quick but def worth the trip.
