This is on the South Congress. This is surely one of the best food trucks. The tacos are really good, I tried Chicken Fajita and Birria tacos. The taste is just amazing. I will surely come back here for more.

Quite literally the best birria tacos I’ve ever had (make sure you get the consomé, too)! So good and Greta prices - $4/taco at the time I was there!

First time. Liked it a lot and will be back.
Good two breakfast tacos at $3 each. Two is a full meal. Chorizo and egg and migas. Both very good fillings. Tortillas are a little thick (flour), but cooked well. Red salsa has a nice kick. It's good.
Will come back for lunch tacos.

The best birria tacos I've ever had. My group also had an assortment of different tacos and those were amazing as well. You have to try them! The employee of the truck also gave us some juices for free while we waited for our food. Customer service is on point!!

The best of the best quesadilla-birria tacos in town!!
For many many years I saw this food truck on the area where I live at.
It never tempted me to go in...
But two weeks ago, on a work meeting, some coworkers ordered those quesa-birria tacos..
And ...
Omg 😱😱😱😱
I felt in love of them...
I asked where they come from...
Sabor Tapatio was the answer!!
Since then, I can't wait to stop by and enjoy them..

About the place: it's a food truck, so no expectations.
About the service: amazing!! All who work there, always are aware of everything is perfect for you to really enjoy your tacos 🌮😋.
About the price: kinda pricey but, believe me, they are really good to pay for them.
About location: very convenient location and plenty safe parking lot.

From service, food, to quality, these are the eating/dining experiences I appreciate. He treats you like family, and makes sure you are taken care of and open to any constructive feedback. I came here with my lil family & the whole experience was great! The people were really nice (esp the guy taking our order) and the food was amazing! We had the Torta Ahogada, Tacos de Birria, Beef Burrito and Mini Tacos! They were all so good! This place is over 45 min from our house, but we will def be back!

Just go found out about this little gem of a taco truck. The crispy birria tacos are BOMB!
The business is composed of two food trucks parked side by side, one features classic Mexican street snacks and dishes. The other features hamburgers wings and fries, you’re bound to find something delicious to eat, no matter what your palette is.
The dining area is covered, and they have an uncovered patio as well. Dog friendly establishment. I’ll be back to try some of their other menu items soon!
