My wife and I breakfasted this morning with two of their offerings. The coffee was too bitter for my taste. I used honey and creamer to smooth it out. My breakfast sandwich had bacon, egg, and sausage. The grape jelly was the finishing touch.

It was seamless to order from the App. It was rainy so even ended up changing our order from going in the restaurant to getting our found from the drive thru. Service was good as always. The food was good.

I just rolled into a curbside spot to pick up a classic chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke and it came out super fast and delicious. I eat at chick fil a often and when I say this is probably the tastiest sandwich I’ve ever gotten I mean it!! And of course delivered with a smile 😁

Hello, Y'all... As always, the food was great, as well as the service. The only issue I should mention is the parking. For some reason this particular location made ALL the parking for curbside pick up. I understand that we're in the "Get everything delivered" Era, but there're still some of us that like to dine in. Just throwing it out there!

Chick-fil-A is well know for their delicious chicken and above that, their customer service. I’ve been treated with outstanding customer service and kindness every single time I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A except tonight. The problem with being know for having outstanding customer service is that if an employee speaks to you like an employee at Taco Bell would, then you think they’re being rude. That was basically my experience tonight. The girl that took my order was awesome. She was very nice and helpful. When I arrived at the pick up window the lady gave me a very monotone and unenthusiastic “Hello.” She didn’t say a word to me after that. No “Thank you” or “Have a good night” or anything. I would say that’s bad even for Taco Bell standards. I didn’t catch her name but this was at about 7:45ish on March 11, 2022.
I also ordered a 4 piece tender and I got 2 normal sized tenders and basically 2 small ones that looked like a normal tender cut in half. I basically got 3 tenders. That’s pretty annoying.

Been to this location 2 in the past 2 months. Both time drive throught lines been rappped around the building. Decided to go inside, and each time employees have been sitting at tables doing nothing. Today order was wrong when we got the bag and no employee was not around to fix it

Bought a breakfast sandwich and less than half of it had chicken on it. When I complained to Josue he was way less than helpful. He just told me that the chicken on breakfast is smaller. I will NEVER buy that again and I may never eat at this location again. I used to eat here at least one a week.

I was in yesterday to pick up some food for a training I was hosting. They were happy employees and got my food out to me quickly. I ordered a coke separately and they said no charge because it was free small coffee this month. They didn’t have to inform me of that and it made my day!

Love this place, always clean, the personal is so nice all the time. But the playground area smells like feet, needs more cleaning, I think. One thing I love this franchise is the kids meal treat is useful not a trashy toy :)

This is my favorite Chic Fil A in Austin! I’ve lived in this area before this store was even built! I have had a couple of mishaps on my order but the manager happily reimbursed me by sending me a gift card.

I am blessed to have the North Mopac Chik-fil-A so close for lunch. The Market Salad is delicious. The service is superior. I love the cleanliness. The fresh flowers and holiday decorations are great. And the cost is very reasonable.
