Went to get 2 sandwiches today but they forgot our chips. Had to go to the counter and ask. The guy looked at our table to make sure we did not have the chips. Just felt like they did not trust us. Anyway, we will still be back because food is good but just disappointed a bit.
Sandwiches are delicious, made quickly. I can't remember a time that my order wasn't exactly right. My only complaint about this location, which is NOT Jimmy John's fault is the parking challenges different times of the day due to Starbucks sharing the parking lot
03/12/2023 just before 8pm, i ordered a bootlegger club unwich and got home, got about halfway through it , and realized there was cheese in it and threw it in the trash.

This is my favorite Jimmy's in Austin. They always make the sandwiches really good and the service is always pleasant.
The service is good here. I don't usually have to take my sandwich back for them to correct it but, it is small. It's affordable and fresh and sometimes their line is out of the doorway so, if you go at lunch be prepared. They are pretty quick though so, it won't be long.

They really ARE freaky fast, as the motto claims. I've been here several times, and I've always enjoyed the food--never had a problem. They usually shout out a farewell when you leave, which I think is a nice touch as well. Parking has never been an issue for me
