Went to get 2 sandwiches today but they forgot our chips. Had to go to the counter and ask. The guy looked at our table to make sure we did not have the chips. Just felt like they did not trust us. Anyway, we will still be back because food is good but just disappointed a bit.

This is my favorite Jimmy's in Austin. They always make the sandwiches really good and the service is always pleasant.

In the many years I've ordered from here, I may have had 1 or 2 bad services and 1 or 2 bad sandwiches. But this is a good place with good people who do a great job. Just remember. As long as there is injustice, whenever a Targathian baby cries out, wherever a distress signal sounds among the stars, they'll be there. This fine ship, this fine crew. Never give up and never Surrender!

03/12/2023 just before 8pm, i ordered a bootlegger club unwich and got home, got about halfway through it , and realized there was cheese in it and threw it in the trash.
UPDATE: The store manager has contacted me and made up for the issue.
Mistakes happen, but how we handle them once we’ve made them is paramount. Nicely done.

It was my first time getting food at this location and I just stopped in real quick because I was hungry and in a rush while running many errands. Thankfully they were quick, kind, and professional, and my food was good.

Sandwiches are delicious, made quickly. I can't remember a time that my order wasn't exactly right. My only complaint about this location, which is NOT Jimmy John's fault is the parking challenges different times of the day due to Starbucks sharing the parking lot
