Sonic Drive-in

I finally had a Sonic meal that tasted like it did when I was younger! I wish I would have ordered two cheeseburgers. Lol My cherry limeade slush was perfect but it was missing the lime. 😔 Service was great. Ace was superb! The screen was broke and they didn’t ask for a tip and I never carry cash. I felt super bad because it was so hot! Will definitely be going back!!

Sonic is always hit or miss, either the food is good and the service is lousy or the food sucks and the waitress was great. Today I just stopped for a shake, which was good on a hot summer day anytime, but I do have two negatives about this place. One, the real ice cream they use leaves a greasy film on my tongue, second, the waiter took my money, put it in his pocket and just jabbered on and walked off without giving me my change. This annoyed me greatly! That's how he got his tips and probably goes home with a good chunk. That's not right and will probably affect me going back.

Sonic is Sonic - I frequent Sonics for the Route 44 unsweet ice tea though I also like their fish sandwich (seasonal). The service at many hasn't been great lately - but this location is top notch. Excellent service today - above and beyond - so much that it's worth going out of your way to come to this location. They already nailed it but then then added the literal whip cream on top by bringing my pup a treat.

I want to tell the manager Solaz about the great employees working there at Sonic. This crew deserves a fast food award there was only 4 to 5 people there and they were tackling all these consumers. I want to give a customer to staff an A+ out to Christina who was taking orders and also working hard to serve the customers hot food. They were so short staffed. My other customer satisfaction A+ rating goes to all the other staff. They had a great attitude and they were very much into the jobs and making sure that customers were satisfied. Now my window is dirty and I was really in a hurry but not so much in a hurry that I can't say thank you for your hard work. The place of business was clean and I would hope to have the same staff there delivering me my food. Thanks Sonic staff.
