Papa Johns Pizza

Just needed to say that we appreciate the effort the manager put in tonight for resolving an issue caused by the door dash delivery. Despite working alone he answered the phone and listened to our concerns and then sent a new pizza quickly. We've always enjoyed the quality of this store, and now we really appreciate their staff. Thank you 👍

This Papa Johns is right next to our Stepping Stone day care, so I picked some up before the College Football Championship. WOW!!! I got the six cheese pepperoni and sausage, and it was amazing. They added tons of flavorful cheese. The dough was so fresh. I swear they have improved the pepperoni and sausage. With it being so convenient, I am going to be getting this all the time.

Ordered pizza with 5 toppings. They added only 4 and thought to skip 1 ie Jalapeños. Most crucial topping for me to eat pizza. Also, did not felt it was freshly baked. Probably it was pre-made pizza baked in oven 2nd time.. Placed order at 1.36 and received notification at 1.44 that pizza is ready. No need to make this fast, just make it taste eatable.

UPDATE (2/15/2018): I've attempted a few more times with reasonable success at getting mixed orders of GF/non-GF pizzas here and they've had crusts the last 2 times! I think this is reasonable progress and have adjusted my review accordingly. Overall the pizzas are decent and I appreciate that they are improving the availability of crusts. ---Original below - out of date--- If you're gluten free, you're out of luck here. Papa John's advertises gluten free crusts on their website now and you can even order them....but don't expect to get them from this store...ever. After an initial success the first time we tried, several times in a row now over a couple of months of ordering, we have been called and informed each time that they are "out" of GF crusts. Something tells me that they just don't ever intend on having them again. If you don't require GF crusts, well, it's a run of the mill Papa John's.

I'd go with the positive reviews here folks... Papa Johns has a main number that if there were many major issues they'd reimburse you... The pizza is freshly made so they is some flux in crust flavor but the ingreients are consistenly fresh and tasty. Delivery time was standard - if you want it fast go pick it up?! I hate I have to ask for cheese or they wont bring it ... I've had them bring me cheese though when I (and subsequently they) forgot...
