I'm from Minnesota and all of our Fuddruckers have closed. It's heart breaking. I came down to Texas to visit friends and family and this place is exactly what it's supposed to be. Awesome burger, fantastic fries, amazing milkshake. I hope this business continues to do well and opens additional locations.

Burgers are still as good as you remember. Meat is always cooked to specification. You don't get to pick your veggies anymore but the make sure you get what you ask for. And the nacho cheese sauce is still available.

Burger was cooked exactly how I asked for it, juicy and delicious. The saladbar removal was a bit of a disappointment, but they still had the cheeses available.

Great staff, always consistent with the burgers. Gotta love Fuddruckers. I really like the bison burger, it's so good with Swiss and shrooms.

Because Fuddruckers has been my favorite special place to eat since the 1980’s (when I was a youngster in high school), my wife and son treated me here for my 56th birthday, and I’m so grateful my memories of how mouthwatering the burgers are were not dashed. Not only was the food to die for; but also, the bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was near to what I remember. Of course, in its the 80’s, Fuddruckers restaurant decor was more raw and stylish. Now, in 2023, it’s only slightly better than your typical burger joint. This place on Austin, Texas’ Slaughter Lane made me somewhat standoffish because the stores nearby have iron bars on the windows. Additionally, this Fuddruckers shared the locale with a Luby’s cafeteria. Maybe, it’ll get it cool vibe back after the Democrats are ousted from the POTUS and other high administration places. Who knows. I’m glad this Fuddruckers in South Austin was open. The ones in Round Rock, North Austin, and the one on Burnet are all closed. It is well worth the drive through Friday night Austin traffic.

Since the San Antonio locations were closed, I've been missing my Fuddruckers. Decided to drive to the Austin location for lunch on my day off. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Just as I remembered it. Since you're so far I can't visit as often as I like... but thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food. Missing you guys A LOT! Glad I was able to visit today.

We haven't been to a Fuddruckers in years, and spotted this new location, next to Luby's. The Food was PERFECT, the fries were Awesome and the choc. shakes were Incredible! Rueben was so nice, helpful and focused on customer service the whole time. The lobby and bathrooms were top notch (super clean / well kept). SUCH a great experience with my wife / kids! We will be making this place a regular stop for lunch/dinner! Such fresh / wholesome food!

It's been a long time since I've had Fuddruckers, as they've closed all the locations near me. So count me as surprised when I saw this one in service. Smaller building (sqft), but this may be the new concept to save on rent. Regardless, it was the same great burgers that I render having years ago. They still have the free queso but the condiments!

Five stars all the way! This is my second time eating in a Fuddruckers, the last is almost 10 years ago in Oregon and that location isn't even open anymore, so glad to find this one here while I'm in Austin. Their food just has a better taste to it than the average fast food restaurant, everything here is very good quality, love those great tasting big juicy hamburgers and those seasoned wedge fries, plus those homemade Bakery buns they do. I only seem to encounter them when I'm on trips, wish they had more of them in more States. Fuddruckers is A Cut Above, just love this place!
