Hope this is the right one. This used to be the closest location to me, luckily now there is one really close in san antonio to me. if this one in austin is by a thai place in the outlet area near a sonic. it was amazing to get a famous philly and chicken parm and meatball sandwich from jersey mikes since it had been quite some time and no I did not eat all the sandwiches at once lol but they were all very good. one day I need to try roast beef and provolone though I prefer hot subs so we will see. saw a buy 2 get 1 free deal so just maybe I can try to get myself to go famous philly, chicken parm and roast beef and provolone rather than meatball lol
Very good east coast style subs.. Good east coast style subs. The Italian sub is the best (in a city that does not know how to make them). I love JMs!
They Have an outstanding tuna sandwich if you order it, make sure to get it mikes way. Two thumbs up for jersey mikes
It’s one of my amazing experiences in the subs, the ham & provolone:. Italian sub it’s also amazing with the mix on the top of the sandwich is epic, and the Sami is amazing with mountain Dew, and the cheese stakes are amazing crispy, and the team were friendly, experienced and helpful for doing the subs:. Definitely I’ll go back with repeating the good experience with good people ;)
I have been wanting to go to JM's since Danny D. Started advertising for them. My expectations were low. How often do you see an advertisement with great looking product only to be disappointed when you get your order/food. Wow! the Philly was great! The sandwich was full of great tasting meat, cheese and vegies. The sizzle of the grill was audible while I sat and waited for my sandwich to be prepared. The sound of the chopping of the meat and vegies on the grill with the spatulas was music to my ears. When the cook put the cheese on the meat and vegies he used his spatula to chop it all together. It took us 20 minutes t get home and the Philly traveled well. Great over all experience with the JM's at South Park Mall. I will be back Good Job!!

Last night we went near closing time. There were 3 employees there. They were awesome. Took care of us. I'm sure they didn't have to since it was literally 5 minutes to closing time. But they attended to us. We had just come from Paint with a twist for my husband's birthday. And wanted some dinner for our ride back home to Bastrop. Sadly there's no Jersey Mike's here. Since we hardly come into Austin. I wanted to gift dinner to my husband as well. It's one of our favorite places. We've missed it. The 3 employees made it happen. Thank you so much guys! Truly appreciate you guys for attending to us. Our sandwiches 🥪 were also made good.

Always a great place for sandwiches. Make sure to join their loyalty program and use the app for the best deals. I love ordering ahead of time, so that I can walk in and out lightning fast. Also Mike's way is perfect for most of their cold sandwiches. Probably my #1 sandwich spot.
