There's nothing else like it. That original up is the tastiest sandwich I've ever eaten . ( and I can't wait to eat another !)

Very clean in Schlotzsky's. I stopped just to use the restroom but decided to order something. There is Cinnabun here also. The cinnamon bun was delicious! The cashiers were polite. The eating area is great for lounging. The music is soft and relaxing so you could sit and talk.

One of the more nice Schlotzsky's facilities I have been in. Plenty of room. The service was great. I was taken care of promptly and the sandwich came out as expected. They had plenty of condiments and the drink machines allow a multitude of choices. The bathroom at that point needed a bit of attention but did the job. The one part about the facility that was unique was the decorative element, which I guess was an oven at some point. I would be interested in the history of that particular building. Anyway a good spot for a sandwich.

This is a casual place to grab some cheap food. Nice location next to the river walk downtown. Friendly staff and everything was super clean. Love the selection of hot sauces.

I'm giving this place 5 stars in the mindset that it is like a fast food place. For being able to just drive through and pick something up, this place is fantastic! The sourdough bread is always so fresh and is really what makes it seem so much higher quality than a hamburger place. This location in particular is big, clean, lit well and everyone that works there seems really friendly. I would definitely go here again! The only other location I've been to was the one by UT campus, and that was not nearly as nice. The food was still fine but then inside wasn't nearly as nice.

This location must be their flagship or something because it's amazing. Rooftop dining, beer and extra items on the menu you might not find at other locations. As you might expect they also have the best staff working here. Pro Tip- ask for your sandwich well done and they'll run it through the oven twice, extra crunchy and delicious!

Probably one of the best place to eat sandwiches. Even the pizza has such a good taste! I can recommend anyone to have quick lunch here, even on full packed days, the food comes really quick. I will be coming back here as soon as I visit Austin again!

A long time Austin staple! One of the best and unique sandwiches you can find - and the bread is amazing. the original sandwich is my go to and get the louisiana hot sauce. They also have surprisingly good pizza

Life is not perfect and neither is any fast food place. I give five stars because the folks who work here are good people trying hard to feed all of the impatient and grumpy customers. It's also a little bit healthier than some fast food depending on what you select. What a sight to see so many rude customers in one place. Fast food is not sustainable as many things in our culture are failing to satisfy our expectations.
