Potbelly has great sandwiches I love their bread. They have great customer service and they deliver quickly. Their ingredients are fresh. We just ordered on Friday and they forgot the oatmeal cookies and we ordered 2 big sandwiches but got the regular size. I called in and spoke with Harlow. She was super sweet and gave us a refund for the sandwiches and the cookies. I would have gladly paid for the regular sizes. I thought that was so sweet of her. We will always choose Potbelly first when we want a sandwich!

I had an issue with my order. I thought the salad i ordered would be bigger than I thought. I went to get it replaced and Brent was extremely helpful. Did not get upset or sound rude. He was extremely nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back, Brent made us recurring customers with his great service.

Very good Italian sandwich with generous amount of meat. Sandwich was toasted nicely. The spicy peppers added a nice kick to the sub. Staff was very friendly. Sweet tea was awesome. Probably some of the best sweet tea in Austin.

I ordered garden vegetable soup and Mediterranean sub on the menu.
They have really fast and successful staff. Also, the products are very tasty. Prices are not expensive.
