Definitely my favorite coffee shop in all of Austin! I love the homey atmosphere. But the greatest part about this place is that they have gluten and dairy-free options! I can get my favorite drinks made with almond milk - what could be better? And by the way, the gf lemon poppy seed bread is to die for! Oh, and they have a drive-through option!!
Love this gem! Great coffee and the chai is amazing. I won't drink chai anywhere else! Very friendly staff and relaxing vibe here. Good noise level, It's quiet enough to have a conversation with someone.
I enjoy going here to work remotely. I enjoy their tea, hot chocolate, and strawberry smoothie. It’s usually not extremely packed and has an intimate atmosphere.

What a great coffee spot. The menu has a complete list of items, as well as some keto friendly coffee drinks. Service was helpful, friendly and fast. Atmosphere was EXACTLY what you would expect from an upscale coffee house. Definitely a place to visit so you can see what is the standard for a coffee shop.
Big tables and roomy. Every table has more than an outlet. Awesome internet. Great coffee and pastries as well.
Strong strong espresso with a generous pull. Service and friendliness from the barista were excellent. Coffee tasted very good but didn’t taste memorable. They use a Nuova Simonelli espresso machine. They have a nice interior space for working and a drive thru window. Will have to try it again!
Love, love, love cuppa!! Been going for two years now. I love chatting with the staff, and the owner is often around and she is just the cheeriest woman ever :) The environment and ambiance is perfect for a one on one hang out or a weekday afternoon work spot. I love the variety of options on their menu, I get so excited when a new season comes around so i can try their new drinks!
Take a quick stop at cuppa, even if it’s only for a couple minutes. It’s worth it!
Service here is awesome. The baristas are friendly and eager to help. I’ve been here twice and tried the cold brew with vanilla (it was strong and much needed!) I tried the drip coffee yesterday and I got a side of ice and added creamer myself so I could get the perfect amount. LOVED it. It was strong but not too strong and delicious. The atmosphere is also cozy, clean and aesthetic. The bathroom is incredibly clean!

You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu and I love their wide selection of late flavors. Some of my favorites are the Almond Joy, Butterscotch, and their seasonal menu offerings such as the Miso Caramel (fall ‘23) and Blackberry (summer ‘23).
Cuppa Austin is a fantastic coffee shop. They make great coffee, they offer some breakfast fare stuffs, and they have a great loyalty program! Plus, they have a drive through. If you're going to buy coffee out, give them a try. They're much better than Starbucks. 10/10, one of my go-to coffee shops.
Haven’t been here for years since I moved out of town. Got the frozen honey and almond latte for a hot day. Consistency is really good. I wish it was a little less sweet but overall it’s tasty! Baristas were knowledgeable and service was quick. It seems like a nice place to work or study since it was pretty quiet in there and some of the other customers had their laptops. Would recommend coming here!
