Great store but very slow service. Sandwich wasn't correct but it took so long I didn't even complain so I wouldn't have to wait to get what I ordered.

Fast & friendly service. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. The bread is made fresh daily & it tastes so good. The place stays clean & it's never too loud, so you can definitely do work while visiting the establishment for a drink, snack or meal.

The girl that took our order was wearing the drive-thru headset on one ear and an AirPod in the other ear. I had to repeat what I was saying when ordering. Then another person that delivered the food to our table basically just handed it to us and walked off and didn't say anything. Maybe my expectations for customer service are too high. Oh they asked for a tip too. Tips are for going above and beyond your normal job. Definitely didn't get that. We were there an hour before closing and the restaurant was not busy. The schlotsky's original sandwich is awesome!

Ordered two chicken pizza; I liked the barbecue chicken pizza. The California chicken was ok but I could not find any price of chicken on that and I was disappointed on that order. The pizza bread was so delicious. Staff very friendly.

I ordered with the app. I downloaded it while I was in the parking lot. I ordered and went to the drive thru immediately. I got the half sandwich and soup and it was ready super quickly. I always get the fiesta chicken, it has spicy sauce but isn't very hot just the perfect amount of heat.

I had the Turkey original sandwich. It was large and quite tasty. The building is nicely remodeled, and the staff was friendly.

Received a great sandwich for my birthday, and staff were all excellent. The young lady that took my order and helped the most had a beautiful smile you have to see to believe. So go check out her smile and order a sandwich while you're there!

Honestly I have always liked the food at schlotzsky's. But this venue is probably the nicest one I've ever seen. They also had the best service I've ever received at a schlotzsky's. I wouldn't bother with online order and pick up, the drive through is still fast. Also they usually don't start making it until you get there.
