When I first walked in, great vibes! Get up to the ordering counter and was told they didn’t have the sandwich I went specifically for. First time trying this place and they didn’t have what I wanted, told the cashier I was going to go elsewhere. (Unfortunately I only have an hour lunch and didn’t have time to go elsewhere.) So I hop back in line and order “The wrecker”……
Let me tell you, the sandwich totally made up for them not having what I originally went for! But still a 10/10. I don’t try new things, at all. But I’m glad my time limited me to end up still eating here. Best sandwich I’ve had in a real long time! Hopefully next time they will have meatballs in stock. Will definitely be back!!
Make sure you add a cookie, worth the extra calories! (Red velvet was a hit!)
Only downfall, parking was horrible!!

Fresh sandwiches with quality ingredients. Bread is delicious for a typical sandwich shop, and the cheese is top notch. All vegetables are also fresh tasting, nothing ever feels like it is leftover from not being used the day before. Best place on The Drag for a sandwich by far!

Had delivery to hotel and it all went well. Potato soup was my favorite but the family was pleased with all the subs. The cookies are delicious.

I come here everyday because of the BOGO Zupp rewards. The employees are kind and fast. Most of them know my Pizza Melt and A Wreck order off the top of their heads. One of the employees, Valerie, is probably one of the best sandwich makers in the land and deserves a raise. Overall this place is awesome and I will continue to come here everyday.

The staff at this restaurant were super awesome! I came in about 30 minutes after they opened to order 20+ sandwiches to take to people at work. The team didn't even blink! Before I knew it they had five people on the line and had my order ready in minutes! Thanks for making my morning a little easier!

I enjoy eating here simply because of the scenery and vibes that this place offers. It reminds me of a tiny eatery in a busy city because of its narrow structure and small close tables. The food is great and is always prepared to my liking, but can be a bit expensive considering it’s just a sandwich.

Food is good in the usual Potbelly style. The staff is very friendly too. Bathroom was clean. My only critique is that the place has the unmistakable "our primary customers are campus students" and so no concern of decor or interior style the same as if in a trendy shopping center. It reminds me of some campus pizza joint. OK but could be modernized.

Great sandwiches. I love the hot pepper mix. You can even buy their mix in jars for rather cheap. They have a great selection of soups, my favorites being the chili and broccoli and cheddar. Their regular sandwiches are nothing special, but their premiums are very good. My personal favorite is the prime rib. It has a lot of meat and is very filling! It is a little pricey, however, with big premiums running you around $10 after tax. If you like sandwiches will like this place. They have a limited assortment of toppings though so if you want customizability go to Which Wich.

I usually get the sandwich, all the way and it tastes pretty good. Sometimes the waitstaff is great, sometimes I feel like I’m annoying them by ordering.
Overall, I’d say I’m a ‘regular’ and this spot is in my routine rotation.
