Since I don't really like Whataburger I was actually getting food for somebody else. But I have to say I was impressed with the quickness of the service. The politeness of the people the temperature of the food. But as far as atmosphere. What atmosphere? It's a drive-thru with a dining room. That lacks that cold sterile feeling of a fast food dining room everything is white and it's just boring they could have done something like put music in there or some artwork or something but it's just too sterile for me. But overall for the purpose of just getting food which I don't really care for. It did really well. And I did taste the French fries they were at least hot when I got them to their destination. But don't count me in for eating it Whataburger only my friend eats there I will occasionally have a burger and they're always unsatisfactory cold and gross. Sorry that's just the way I feel

First time to this location. Man, I’ve had nothing but great experience with this place. Krisha and Ashley are amazing!!!! They are very patient and kind…especially to my kiddos. Their customer service is one of the best experiences since we came to Texas visiting. We would highly recommend them. Great hire manager. They definitely need a raise.

Live the old vintage looking of the place, this restaurant specifically was well organized and extremely accurate on my order. I’m not from Austin, not know if is the same All the time, back home are not like this is always burned, messy order and really bad attitude. The first Whataburger that actually treats me like the customer is important.

I think they are a little short handed at 9am. I waited 20 minutes for 2 taquitos while parked behind 3 cars. Normally it is much faster. Food was tasty and hot.

If you're looking for an old nostalgic Whataburger, this is it. Still housed in an original A frame building like they all were in my youth, but with a modern twist in the interior. Step inside and have a shake, I bet you will be transported back to 1982.

I was short of money and hungry. At the drive through I asked what I could get for under eight dollars. The man was so kind and helpful. He understood what I wanted and helped me make a choice. I felt so comfortable there. I stayed in the car to eat because I had just come from the hospital and didn't want to get out.

I would like to give Elizabeth J some recognition. Every morning that I come to this location she always greets myself and every customer with a very great attitude even while taking my order, bringing me my order, and even keeping the lobby looking good. Elizabeth J’s attitude is hard to come by in fast food these days. I hope the management team sees they have a good team member and move her up and have her train the great hospitality Elizabeth J she gives to the customers.

Had a good experience with the staff and the food was fresh and tasted good. Minus 1 star because it took a while in the drive thru.

Staff was great and friendly. Burger was good. This is an older restaurant. Needs to be updated with more comfortable seating. Old school drink machine with limited options, most others have a freestyle now. Onion rings where soft instead of crispy.

Whatever is my favorite but this time not perfect - ordered & paid for a cheeseburger meal, got home, no cheese. Oh well, still a good plain burger & fries
