"Rolling Smoke BBQ : Where Kyle's Passion Fuels Flavorful Bliss" Let me take a moment to sing the praises of Kyle, the culinary maestro behind Rolling Smoke, a food truck that's not just a pit stop; it's a destination for barbecue bliss. From the moment you approach the aromatic haven on wheels, yo
The BBQ was amazing so tender and sweet savory sauce with a hint a of tangy, the plates was delicious enough for 2 persons, we ended up sharing me and my brother we were completely satisfied and happy with our decision, will definitely come back for another round 10/10. Give it a try everything on t
Interesting trucks gathered around to create an integrated dining spot. Food was excellent, although a little too oily/fatty which is still good since i ordered pork belly. Taste was good, and lingering bbq taste in the mouth makes me want to go back again.
We ordered beef brisket, pork belly burnt ends, and pulled pork. I especially like the beef brisket and burnt ends. The meat was flavorful and the fat was nicely rendered. The bourbon sauce was very good too. And the price was VERY reasonable.

My only complaint (which is a compliment) is I wish the Mac and cheese portion size was larger. The pulled pork was well seas
Enjoyed the desserts here! Can’t wait to come back for the bbq! And the Sunday tacos! June 2023: finally got to try the tacos! Amazing….omg so good. We all loved them. Got the barbacoa Quesa-taco, the carnitas Quesa-taco, and the brisket taco. The Quesa tacos were rich and flavor and delicious. The
